Incorporation of a Private Limited Companys
The most common type of business entity registered in Hong Kong is a private limited company. We will collect the necessary incorporation details and identifications documents from you, will reserve the company name of your choice and prepare the necessary incorporation documents that will need to be filed with the Company Registrar. We will obtain the Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate for you and will provide you with the Common seal and stamp, Share certificate and share register and the Statutory Book.

In order to register a Hong Kong company, you must provide a local Hong Kong address as the registered address of the company. We will list our address as your company's registered address with the Companies Registry on Hong Kong and will handle and forward your incoming mail as per your instructions.

Appointing a company secretary is mandatory. The secretary, if an individual, must ordinary reside in Hong Kong; or if a body corporate, must have its registered office or a place of business in Hong Kong.
